The breakthrough came at a meeting between ICC President David Morgan and PCB Chairman Ijaz Butt in Dubai.
PCB is facing a lot troubles these days, like continuously facing defeats, spot fixing and insufficient people like Butt. Now ICC has took strict disciplinary action and warned to improved governance untill ban on PCB or cricket team may to face.
